Notice: The operation of Pressure/Vacuum Valves

• When the liquid cargo tank pressure sensor shows abnormal     pressure in the tank during loading and unloading operation, stop the operation immediately and check whether the valve of pressure/vacuum valve is open. Otherwise, it will damage the cargo tank.

• If the pressure/vacuum valve is not cleaned for a long time, or if it is loaded with cargoes discharging vapor condensate, it will not open and close automatically, and must be cleaned immediately.

Attention:

• In accordance with the requirements of ISO15364, the lifetime maintenance of the valve corrosion protection system is the obligation of the shipowner, who needs to choose the material compatible with the loaded goods and needs to carry out corrosion protection according to the guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

• It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to use and maintain the cargo tank pressure/vacuum valve in accordance with the manual. If the valve is damaged by disassembly and cleaning within the warranty period of one year, it will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer free of charge.
